Privyet Jenya,

You've almost certainly activated the Middle Eastern composer and changed the text orientation to use R2L text. To flip things back, do the following steps:

1) click Preferences > Type and enable the Middle Eastern text engine (see my video, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfuw7m... )

2) close PS and relaunch

3) click Type > Language Options > Middle Eastern features

4) change the FLOW of your text to LEFT to RIGHT (see video)

Now, if you want, you can go back to the other engine. That said, unless you're doing advanced Japanese or Chinese typography, you may as well remain using the Middle Eastern one as it's more powerful and supports many more languages.
