Anyone know a way to get the "open recent" menu to list files I've recently saved, not opened?
As I'm working, I open tons of files I use in the main thing I'm working on, like textures and reference pictures. Sometimes I only just watch at old paintings etc. I don't need these in the open recent list. The files I would like to see in the open recent list are often buried under dozens of unimportant files I never need to open again in my life.

I'm not aware of a way to edit the menu other than "Clear Recent"

You may want to look at setting up "Favorites" in Mini Bridge (Window>Extension>MiniBridge) as a way to access regularly used files.
