I guess there is some conflict in my adobe account. When I visit forums it shows one of my picture (I guess from facebook old profile picture), it shows my name differently as well. When I click Welcome SJ, it asks for my username password again, when I use that to login, it goes to photoshop.com/home but showing my full name there and I do not see a page to change profile picture and other details.

I guess there is a conflict between my old account registered with photoshop.com with my adobe creative cloud account since both are using the same email address.

Can someone solve this for me please.

Hi SJ.

Let me see if I can clarify the different logins for you and help you change the ones you wish to edit....

Click on your photo in this post, (which is at http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh... if you are reading this by email)
Then, in the screen that pops up, click "edit profile". You can change your nickname, real name, email, photo, and avatar there for this forum. This is the information that get satisfaction uses for the feedback.photoshop.com user to user forum. It is independent of your adobe information.

If you want to change your profile information for adobe, you can go to adobe.com, sign in with your adobeid, scroll down to "my information" and edit. This is the information is used by creative cloud, revel, and other adobe products.

Photoshop.com currently uses your adobe id for login. There is no longer a photo sharing and storage site there. Adobe now offers adobe revel as an option for sharing and storing photos in the cloud.

I hope that helps.

Pattie
