How could I change language in Photoshop Express Editor, please.
I've visited "http://www.photoshop.com/tools/expres..." but is in japanese.

Hello,

When you open photoshop.com scroll to the bottom of the page - you would see an option to change your Language.

You can also permanently change the language from your accounts page - Me>My Account.
