I received a notice stating that after not joining Revel (it's been over three weeks) -- which is a wonderful product, but I have iPhoto which is free -- to make sure I transfer all my photos before they're deleted. I've been working on transferring them everyday. The process by which I'm transferring is tedious. I have to click on every photo in order to transfer and/or delete -- each & every photo needs to be clicked on. Could you please tell me if there's another more efficient way? And, how do I tell Adobe not to delete my account because I can't figure another way of doing this!?

If you have Revel installed and running on Mac (which it sounds like you do), and also you have Keep Originals enabled in Revel's settings (this is the default) then any images you have uploaded to the Revel cloud will also be backed up on your Mac. You can find the photos in your Pictures folder, in the Adobe Revel Library --> right click on this file and choose Show Package Contents. In one or more of the indecipherably named subfolders, you should be able to find all the original images. You simply need to enable Keep Originals as I mentioned, and ensure the client is not still downloading originals, and this can be done by clicking the 'eye' icon at the bottom right, choosing Status, and ensuring Downloading Originals is no longer shown.

There is another option: select multiple images by clicking the action button at the top right of the app and then selecting Export, but I think the first method I mentioned above is the easiest and best method.
