Please send me the gmail ID of the account and we will delete it for you. Note that once your contents are deleted, there is no way to recover them.

My email is pbaust@adobe.com.

Thanks,
Peter

Hi there,

I do not see a Revel account associated with the email you use in the forums. Is there possibly a different email account you use for Revel or are you referring to a Creative Cloud account?

Thank you,
Glenyse

Hi Sriramam,

I can help you with deletion of your Revel account. I will send you an email with further instructions.

Regarding cancelling your Creative Cloud account, you will need to do that yourself. To manage/cancel your Creative Cloud subscription:
1. Go to www.adobe.com and click Sign In. The sign in link is found in the top navigation bar of most pages.
2. Select to Manage your Account
3. There will be a list of your various subscriptions. Click on the one you want to change.

Best regards,
Glenyse

Hi Priska,

I do not see a Revel account associated with the email you use on the forums. Do you possibly use a different email for Revel?

If you are trying to delete your Creative Cloud account? If that is the case you will need to contact customer support:
email: custserv@adobe.com

Best regards,
Glenyse
