I just re-installed Elements 9 and upgraded my storage to 20 GB but when I go to upload images nothing happens, I'm unable to search for images to upload!

This is not good, and apparently a lot of others have the same problem ....WHY?

Adobe took my money for the upgrade, how about fixing the problem so I can enjoy the experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if you follow Photoshop's directions of using Upload Express and adding Adobe AIR, it still does not work. I keep getting the message that my wmv file is oversized........the limit is apparently 2GB but my file is only 1.6GB. I have sent in multiple questions but there is no Photoshop reply. I also paid for the extra space up to 20 GB and I can't use it!!

I have followed the directions to upload pics to my web page, but when I click on download nothing happens. I'm ready to switch to another way to share photos. Really thought this would be wonderful, linking with Elements.

I am still very frustrated. Still have 1.2 of 2 GB and I cant upload pictures. Things were going well and then just like that the upload function does nothing! No messages no indications that something is wrong - just nothing happens. Does anyone associated with running the site care about the problem. It appears that I am not the only person with the problem!

Hi

Please note that we are experiencing some problems with Upload to photoshop.com using [Firefox] on [Windows]

We are actively working with the concerned teams to get it resolved at the earliest.

The problem is with the latest version of FlashPlayer.

Meanwhile please use either Internet Explorer or Chrome to upload to photoshop, com

Is there someway to upload a file of 85 pictures all at once instead of one at a time which is incredibly tedious.
Thank you

Hi Sue

You can use the Express Uploader referred to earlier in the thread to point to a folder of pictures. See http://www.photoshop.com/tools

I am having trouble uploading photos to my album at Photoshop.com. I converted the video from a mvi (Quick time movie) to a .wmv so it would be a smaller file and it uploads ok, but everything I try to view it in my album it says its still converting and its been an hour or more now. What am I doing wrong? Its only an 11 MB file.

Hi Janis

Sometimes, the video processor is heavily loaded, especially on the weekends. It usually doesn't get bogged down like this.

Did the video finally render for you to playback online?

I've just joined Photoshop.com and so far have not been able to upload a single photo. The attached image is the same message I always get.

Hi Donald,

Couple of questions. Is there anything unique about the images you are uploading? For example, were they created in a certain application or from a certain camera. Just wondering if there may be some odd jpeg markers. Can you try uploading a jpeg from a different source?

Second question, are you behind a firewall or could there be some other issue surrounding your home network? If you could try uploading from a different location on a different wifi network to test that, that might help narrow things down.

Let me know if either of those suggestions help. If not, we can dig deeper, and I can have someone take a look at your account.

Thanks,
Richard

When I have about 200 images in one picture file I would like to be able to upload them to Photoshop all at once instead of 1 at a time as I am now doing. You can understand how uploading so many pictures 1 at a time is a real burden. So my question was how to upload an entire picture file at once. Thank you, Sue

FYI for PHOTOSHOP.COM USERS:

Photoshop.com storage is being discontinued in June. Customer's images are being migrated to Adobe Revel. We recommend archiving your files if you want to have a backup since only the JPG files will migrate. (see faq's to download the media downloader and run it) Once you migrate to Revel, you will no longer be able to add files to your Photoshop.com account. You can begin adding photos to Revel now:

Please see our FAQ's and links to answer questions:

Hopefully by then it'll support PCs (Windows 8), otherwise all of this will be no good to me.

You can use adoberevel.com now on a pc from a browser. It has the viewing and sharing, but not the editing. the app should have editing when it comes out.

N/A,

If you had one of the really old accounts that did not use email to login, you should be able to go to adobe.com and login with the username and password you know, and change your adobeid to your current email. You can try logging into revel with whatever combination of username and password you used to use in photoshopcom or change it to your email and then try logging in. Unless you opted out, if you had jpg photos in photoshop.com, they should have migrated to revel. You can go to adoberevel.com in a browser to login or install one of the revel apps or supported platforms and login there.
