You select that in the printer driver, and when selecting the color profile for your printer in the Photoshop print dialog.

Hi Chris
Thank you for your reply.
Sadly, I still cannot find the option to choose which paper in the Print dialog box. I am used to CS4 where it was no problem.
Also, Should I use Photoshop manages the colour, or my printer manages the colour.
I am using a new MacBook Pro and understand that I should also tick the 'Send 16-bit Data' box, but it is not responding to that action.
I hope you can help.
Thank you. Catherine

In the printer driver dialog, you can choose the paper type.
And in the Photoshop print dialog, you can choose the color profile for your printer - which should include the type of paper you are printing on.

The Photoshop print dialog hasn't changed that much since CS4.
