Everytime my friends go to view my albums, it says "so and so hasn't shared any albums with you yet."

When you're in your Organizer, you should see your albums on the left. If you click on the album, the Album Properties window should appear. On the left, you'll see "Permissions". Change "Private" to "Shared", and check on "Also share on Photoshop.com".

Then on the right, you can click on "Share Album" to send an email to your friends. Make sure to press Done to save the settings.

Hope this helps.

I apologize. I was referring to Photoshop.com, rather than Elements.

When you're in your Elements Organizer, click on the 'little man' to the right of your Album. This will build your album for sharing. You can then check on "Share to Photoshop.com", and enter contacts to share with.

As long as "Share to Photoshop.com" is checked, your friends should be able to view the album.
