I am currently enlisted in the Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year) subscription and while I have been kept up on payments, I have missed the last payment of the subscription for the last month in the year commitment contract. During this time my Photoshop application has constantly given me errors of usage, like not being able to select colors, use the eye drop tool and delays in using customized brushes because of a system error which ultimately rendered the program unusable. I have put a lot of money into using this program only to have it fail in the final two months and be useless for my creative needs. I have collectively paid 233.64 for this program and would be canceling the subscription after the final payment is made, but I need to program for my work and the price is simply unacceptable with how little service and support I have been getting with the incident of private information being breached and broken software. How do I resolve the subscription with Adobe and it's services?
