Organize your photos and videos in albums. Albums can be either shared or private. You determine who can view your albums, and what viewers can do with an album’s contents. Assign slideshow settings to albums when sharing them with family or friends.

Note: Group Albums allow you to collaborate with others. For more information about Group Albums, click the Collaborate on Group Albums link at the bottom of this section.

  1. Choose Online Tools > Photoshop Express Organizer at the top of the Photoshop.com home page. Sign in, if prompted.

  2. Click the plus icon to the right of Albums in the left column, and then click New Album.

  3. In the New Album dialog box, enter a name for the album in the Album Name field.

  4. Enter a description of the album in the Description field.

  5. Choose a privacy setting for the album:

  6. Private Only the people you invite can see and add photos to the album.

  7. Shared The album is shared, but only the people you invite or share with can see the album’s contents. If a regular album is shared, you can optionally select Also Share On Photoshop.com to display the album in your gallery.

  8. For Shared albums, determine which actions a viewer can take with the album’s contents:

  9. Allow Viewers To Print Viewers can print photos.

  10. Allow Viewers To Save Viewers can save copies of the photos or videos.

  11. Show Comments To Viewers Viewers can see comments that are added to the photos or videos in the album.
