Photoshop: How do i insert plugin in to the Filter menu?

I have created a custom plugin for my self use through Photoshop Scripting using Microsoft Visual Basic, it works correctly but....
How do i put this plugin into Photoshop menus?

You cannot insert a script menu item into the Filter menu.

You can get a JavaScript file to show in the Filter menu. You could then execute your VBScript using the File object in JavasScript.

Something like this in you jsx file. Save this file in Presets/Scripts and restart Photoshop.

<javascriptresource><name>My Kewl Filter...</name>
<menu>filter</menu>
<enableinfo>true</enableinfo>
<about>This will show in an about box.</about>
</javascriptresource>

var f = new File("~/Desktop/myKewl.vbs")
f.execute();

Then how other plugins like IMAGENOMIC do so.

Is there any way to insert my plugin or filter into the menu..

If you write a plugin filter (compiled binary), then yes.

But you can't do that with scripts.
