Where can I download older versions of Photoshop? I got a serial code for CS5, but I can only find the option to download CC on the website. Is it even possible to still download CS5?

My employer purchased CS6 in 2013 and installed on my computer. Now I need to reinstall it, but my employer cannot find the CD anymore. I have written down the serial no. before uninstalling on the old computer, but this number is too short compared to the serial no. asked for when installing CS6 again. What is my next step, when we cannot find the CD?

I purchased Photoshop CS 6 online and installed in my PC (running Windows 7) three years ago. Unfortunately it fried during a recent power surge and outage. I've since replaced it with a new PC (running Windows 10). I still have the recorded S/N. How do I reinstall CS 6 in my new PC?

My computer died and it has the CS6 on it. I still have the original disc with the product key on it. Can I download it to my next computer when I buy one or if not, what would I have to do instead?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Photoshop cs6: Solution to download CS6..

When I downloaded Windows 10 I lost Adobe Bridge. Now (four+ months later), I am unable to open "Photoshop". Has any one tried deleting all Adobe files and downloaded CS6 successfully? If so, how do I identify the files (other than "Adobe") that need to be removed?
Thanks for your help.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Photoshop CS2 didn't migrate when I updated my iMac 2007 to El Capitan yesterday ....

I have had CS2 for several years and it was installed on my 2007 iMac. Yesterday, to do a malware sweep, I had to download a program and that action required me to upgrade my OS to El Capitain. Now my Photoshop has a slashed-zero over it indicating it is prohibited. I really need to get my CS2 back but since I've moved, don't have the installation software.

You will need to go here to download an installer and use the serial # from this page because your old serial # won't work: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html?promoid=19SCDRQK Instructions on this page.

CS 2 isn't really compatible with El Capitan. See workarounds here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html
