Photoshop: How do I delete reflections of light from the flash from picture?

There isn't an easy way to get rid of extreme cases like these. You could try and clone some information into the areas that have no image detail and are blown out to white. For the horse one, you could use the Clone Source panel to clone the right side of the horses face to be the left side of the face. The image with the horse and carriage, the best bet may be to crop the left side of the image off. The bottom image you may be able to construct the texture of the background to fill in the area above the ornate vase, but it would be hard to reconstruct the sculpture on the top.
