How do I delete my Adobe ID?

Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

Could you delete this Adobe ID as well? I accidentally created this account with an "unauthorized" email address - now I would like to change the "authorized" account's email address to this one but I can't because it says the email address is already taken. I'm assuming it's saying the email address is taken because this "unauthorized" Adobe ID account exists.

Actually don't delete it yet because I'm afraid I'll lose access to the product if it's somehow associated with this account - but could I please get some advice about how to proceed with this issue? All I want to do is change the email address associated with the Adobe ID rogerse@upenn.edu to chatlab.testing@gmail.com

Jaymie, your account has been deleted, you were not going to be charged anymore since your subscription had already been cancelled. But when a subscription is cancelled you still have access until the end of the month (until your next bill date). But deleting your account would remove even this. Which is why I was asking for confirmation. But since your subscription is fully expired, your account is now fully deleted.

The country attached to your Adobe ID is the same as the email and city address you provided. So nothing seems to be incorrect. 

When you create an Adobe ID, you choose your country from a list. If an account has the wrong address it is due to the wrong country being selected from this list. By default, the country you are currently in when you create your account will be the one selected from the list, but you are free to choose a different one.

In what country do you reside (and do banking in)? When making purchases, your banking or credit card must match the country you have selected when creating your Adobe ID. If the address and email you provided previously are correct, then we don't have a store in your region and cannot sell you the software directly. Instead you will need to contact a reseller. This may be the reason your are having trouble making a purchase.

Looks like you had a Creative Cloud subscription. Just want to make sure that this has been cancelled before deleting your account, as you will no longer have access to the products or services included in this subscription once this has been done. Nor will you be able to activate or deactivate subscriptions on this account from the online store.

I'm not sure what you mean by having videos on their account. Do you mean they have uploaded videos to the cloud storage attached to the account? There isn't anything we can do about this on our side. You'd have to block the website on your side with proxy, firewall, or other security settings. 

Additionally, as part of federal regulations, we ask for age verification in order to activate an account that includes online file storage. This verification is to make sure the individual who wants to use online storage is at least 13 years of age. Since we do not ask for ID, merely ask for a birthdate. Thus, these students are misrepresenting their age to gain this access.

In what way is the account messed up? Any information on the account can be changed except for the country (this is due to international tax law). If you live in a country other than Australia, then we can remove this account. Otherwise, you will be able to make corrections to the existing account.

Deleting your Adobe ID account has nothing to do with product trials. Your product will still expire whether or not the account is deleted. You currently have two previous purchases registered on this account. If you have another Adobe ID, I can transfer these to that account. Deleting the account with the registrations in place means that you will no longer have access to the serial numbers through us.
