Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

Get Satisfaction is the web site that hosts these forums. In order to post to this (or any other) forums, you have to sign up for an account. Your Adobe and Get Satisfaction accounts are in no way related or connected. On this forum post, I am removing Adobe accounts. This has nothing to do with Get Satisfaction account, you will have to contact Get Satisfaction if you want to remove your account with them.

However, to remove the Adobe Slate app from your iPad, you follow the exact same procedure you'd use to remove any other app. Simply tap and hold on any app icon until all app icons start to wiggle. An "X" will appear in the upper left of all app icons. Click this "X" to remove the corresponding app. Click the Home button to get rid of the "X"s and stop the app icons from wiggling.
