Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves
For those I have just listed as having removed your accounts, it seems that the changes I have made may not have processed correctly. I am looking into the issue but for now I'm not sure whether or not your accounts have been removed. If someone might check to verify it will let me know more about what I am seeing on my side, but for now I will assume that the account is still present and unchanged and will continue working to remove the accounts.
