How do I delete my Adobe ID?

Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

I've created this account years ago just to try to edit some pics, but I haven't used it a lot. I never use it now, so I want to delete it.
I read some FAQ about this argument, I even followed istructions and links reported in topics, but nothing works. Please, help me!

Hello Aleida, your account shows as Australia in our side. If that is correct, please try signing up again from a new web browser as there may be a corrupt cookie or cache file in your current browser. For example, instead of using Safari, use Chrome.

Deleting your account does not remove your subscription and will not stop monthly payments. Please contact customer service to cancel your subscription before you have your account deleted to end payments.
