How do I delete my Adobe ID?

Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

It's should not be possible for an expired web site subscription to crash your computer, whether our site or someone else's. Do you mean that Photoshop Elements was crashing? Likely there is another cause to this issue you were experiencing and that it is entirely resolvable.

If you would rather have everything working correctly, I would be happy to assist you with that. However, if you would simply prefer to have your accounts deleted, I can work with you on that as well.

This i9s a long story that I will not repeat again bu7t the su8bscription controls your softeware and I have a unique set of problem and it appears that I will have to go to t5he crri8dit card company to fix this. It can happen and as a final cut pro user also gtive up on adobeI have deacivated my product and weather or not I get a credit I will never use an a`bode product again

The sad part about my problem is that if someone from adobe just followed your own history on me it is so easy to see the issue and it is so easy to fix without me spending more money. Money is not even the point. I ( currently have a subscription account with o files in it and it is suspended. It was part of a purchase from last year that was returned. I was refunded for everything except for the subscription last year. This year I just purchase VERSION 9 and for the first time it works until this subscription suspending my account. I have deacvitated the product and now all I want to do before I throw it in the trash,( my new copy of version 9) is unsuspend my account so I can delete it. All someone from adobe has to do is look at JasonSparks.phohoshop.com and they would see an empty account. I am entitled to 2 GB and the Plus features since this was never refunded to me. What do I get no help, no support just tell me to buy more. Adobe is no APPLE AND FINAL CUT PRO IS SUCH A BETTER PRODUCT THAT i WAS STUPID TO USE YOURS

Brent I just want to remove my id. You say that this subscription will not harm the product but it will when you suspend it. Yopuy are constantly promopted for a new credit card and everytime you use the organizer the system hangs and crashes. at this point I have dectivated the product and I am past the dell 21 day return so you get to keep the sale. At the end of the day everyone lost here becuase my experience with your Premier product started in 2003. that was the 3.0 version This current version I really liked but after this experience I want my adobe id deleted so that my account is gone. having the id caused this issue

you had actually done the impossible I purchased your product again because your refunded me last year had I known this is whewre it was to lead. anyway i was mad now I am over it so please help me regain my name back from adobe.

I was trying to see if I should buy flash pro but based on the sleazy sales and lack of support after trying to resolve the stupidity of your terrible support I gave up. But no one from your company ever tried to look beyond the pre wrtten script-so I gave up

are both my accounts. The reason that I ended up with two accounts is because of the all of the problems with your product. I could not get the product to work until I started over. I have a long history of your bad technical support and the lack of anyone who has any common sense. My experience started with premier 3.0 PH 5
and I currently have your v9.3 of Premier and PH. I was going to buy the flash pro but since my account is a mess I asked for help. With all your awards how difficult is it to just get someone to help me? I am forced to use both you and dell because I can not afford to get a new system and software. I never wanted two ID' s I just wanted your product to work as spec'ed, I know that is impossible. I live with 500 to 1000 system crashes for every minute of edited video. This is a product that dell and you marketed together. I just has to delete the system crash log because I was running out of hard disk. My system has a logged 100GB of system crash. Windows tell me that your product is compatible. Just because I* had problems does not mean that you should have no record of my account. If you want me to list all the SN of the products I own I will but I have already done that and it got me no help. I look forward to the day that adobe fails and goes out of business.

Ellen, your account is empty. All we have is your email address on record along with your name. Is there some reason you need this information removed?

We don't use any of our customer's information for marketing purposes. But you may occasionally receive information about your existing purchases, such as updates. Marketing materials have to be signed up for specifically.

I found an account with a similar email address to the one used to registered this web site's log in. However, the account is entirely blank. There is nothing there to delete.

Are you asking for your Revel account to be deleted or your adobe id and everything related to it? That would include all serial number information to all adobe products you may have purchased and registered. All Photoshop.com sharing and storage accounts have already been deleted since the offering has been discontinued.

The main reason this is not available is because we don't someone doing this on accident. If they did, they could be losing a lot of money.

So far, everyone who has requested an account removal doesn't even have anything on the account.

Yes. I would like to close both accounts. I have merged my Behance account (different email address) to Adobe so the above mentioned accounts are no longer needed.
