Hi Mauro,

If you purchased your subscription from Adobe, your Revel account has already been closed. There will be no more charges for your Revel account from Adobe. Would you still like to delete your Revel account?

Before I can delete your account you need to be sure you have turned off auto-renewal for you account.

It looks like you purchased through Apple. The following are the links on how to turn off auto-renewal. After you have done that, let me know and we'll go from there.

As a subscriber, if you have the monthly subscription, you need to be sure to turn off auto-renewal. Please go here:
http://www.adobe.com/go/revel_my_subs...

Sign in using the Adobe ID you use for your Revel subscription and you can manage your account there. Turn off auto-renewal so you don't get charged - this is just a safety precaution as you purchased from Adobe. Adobe will no longer be charging for Revel accounts nor taking new subscriptions. If you have a yearly subscription, Adobe is already processing those refunds.

I also need to delete my Revel account now that I have downloaded all images and moved over to Lightroom and Creative Cloud. Please advise on how to cancel my Revel account and delete all my photos in Revel! Thanks.

It looks like you purchased Revel from Apple. Apple needs to handle any refunding or cancellation for purchases through Apple. The following links will help you cancel with Apple.

Thanks Glenyse! Actually, I already contacted Apple and they are refunding me for Revel purchase through the app store, but I wanted Adobe to delete my account and remove all of my photos from their Revel server if possible. Can you do this? I have downloaded and backed them all up and am now using them in Lightroom. Please advise. Thanks!
