Hi Be,

We would love to have a chance to understand and help you resolve issue that cause you to be frustrated with the product. Is there a technical issue, or is it not a product that meets your need?

To answer your question :

Currently this is not supported. For now, users may cancel the Revel subscription via iTunes store settings, or let the free 30-day trial expire. Any images users have uploaded will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

If you want to back-up uploaded photos, you can select them, then export files on Mac or save to camera roll on iOS.

In the future, Revel may offer the ability for users to delete their own accounts, but it's not known when this will be implemented.

Thank you,
Thomas

Please delete my account too. The revel agent keeps showing up and there is no way to uninstall it. It seems incredible to me when you say: "In the future, Revel may offer the ability for users to delete their own accounts, but it's not known when this will be implemented." Any program can be uninstalled!

I allowed my 30 day trial to expire because I was thoroughly unhappy with the Adobe Revel. It was far from user friendly, it duplicated photos and caused a mess with my photos instead of helpin gme sort them in any sane way. It was TERRIBLE.

However, this morning I get charged $5.99 monthly Adobe Revel in my iTunes statement. I have already removed Revel from both iPad and iPhone. How do I get this CANCELED?

Better yet, REFUNDED, since it was not supposed to be charged in the first place?!

Hi! Can you please help me delete my adobe revel account? I do not really need to use adobe revel, I just wanted to explore it in a way or two. Now, I want my account deleted. However, there is no option for us to delete our accounts. I wish that you could help me fix this problem. Thanks

Once that is completed, let me know as I will send the email off to have your account deleted

Before we can delete your account, please confirm that you have downloaded your images to your computer.
Please do the following to download your media files from your account.
1. Install the Adobe Air application http://get.adobe.com/air/
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader
http://www.photoshop.com/misc/members...

What was the reason that you wanted to have your Revel account deleted? Are you unhappy with the Revel service or does it not suit your needs?
This will not delete your Adobe ID as you will need it for other Adobe services. Also if you log back to Revel using your Adobe ID it will create an account for you.
Thanks

Creating/transferring my account to Revel is an action I did not request. Not asking me to opt-in and then having no easy way to opt-out is not a great policy. It certainly make me feel that Adobe is not a company I trust.

Personally I like the Adobe Revel. If you want to see a real user UN-friendly program visit Webshots-SMILE. I was with them for close to 10 years then all of a sudden they were no more and were bought up but the new company just changed the name a little bite, add SMILE. Ok, when I was trying out Adobe Revel bought a subscription via iTunes and used my Gmail account. A few days later I came back to the program and re-did everything but under a new account (.live.com) account. How is the best way to delete the account using the Gmail and not messing up the second one (which has a gazillion photos in it)

Thanks for the positive comment about Revel. If you wanted to delete the account I need to have you remove all of your images first. Then I can put in the motion to have your account deleted.

So really, there's no way to delete your account without emailing? I didn't open the account in the first place! And the lack of Web URLs, Windows and Android support means there is not way for me to properly share photos or even use the product. I don't want to have to post my email on a public forum to get my account deleted while also getting sucked into spam bot city.

You guys are really not making any friends with this Revel stunt.

Taylor,

Is it the lack of a personalized URL that you are referring to? Because, you can share a link to an album in Revel pretty easily, but not with a link to your name like you had in photoshop.com. With the exception of editing on windows, you can do pretty much everything else on adoberevel.com from a browser in windows or android that the apps do.

I am a PC user at home and I upload thousands of files on Revel using the web browser version at adoberevel.com. I share links with family and friends, and use Revel to show people photos on my phone when they want to see them. I agree it will be nice when comprehensive program including editing exists on the PC, but in the meantime, I edit in photoshop and save to my hard drive, and upload to Revel, and enjoy sharing my photos.

What is it that is keeping you from being able to use the product? You can always just delete your photos yourself, but if you want us to remove all your photos for you and remove the account, we will do that for you and we will be sorry to see you go. I will send you an email to confirm that we delete the right account. You do not need to post your email here.

I did not ask for my jpg photos to be uploaded to REVEL nor did I do it -- how do I get them to delete them off their cloud, get them off my PC's (and my) back, and stop these sneaky unwanted upload attacks? They want money I'm sure. I back up to several external hard drives -- don't want this.
