Elements: How do I reinstall Elements 9?

I lost my PSE 9 when my laptop was stolen and the only way to replace it is to spend $99 to "upgrade" to v. 12. That is patently unfair.

I see your serial # for Elements 9 is registered under your Adobe ID. Did you also lose your install disk? If so, you can download a copy here and use the serial # registered to your account to activate:

Thank you very, very much. The process worked exactly as you said. I am relieved to find to find a way to recover my program. Even though the Adobe chat people were no help prior to my posting on Photoshop Family.
