The filter blur is on my version of Photoshop (CS6 extended) ok, but the filter (render / Lighting effects) does't work and stops all processing.I don't know why and need help.

I can't move this white part from the circle, in order to increase or reduce the lighting effect.

Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/p...

Or it may be this ATI Diver 12.4 driver bug. Roll back to 12.3 or use beta driver. Directions here: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/p...

I've downloaded the latest driver(ATI/AMD) I can now controll the intensivity of the lighting effects, with the cursor on the right side and the bug does't happen anymore. (The controll is still not possible with this white circle on the middel of the photo.) That's not so important.

Thanks for your help.
