How about you better educate your Indian call centre people! I have wasted half a day with "Licensing has stopped working" issue with my CS3. The only suggestion the chick at the call centre could give me was upgrade to 5.5 or reinstall from discs. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing! Finally went to the almight Google and in 10mins found the answer and problem fixed. What a freaking waste of my time and your call center "customer support" !!
