I see (googled it) that Photoshop Express has a blemish removal (spot healing) feature. I don't know Photoshop Express at all, and think if you want to do something like this on a regular basis, you need more than Express, but you might try thinking of wrinkles as "blemishes." Be careful, or your human will wind up looking like a plastic blowup doll.  This feature, according to Google, came as an addon you had to pay for, but that was several years ago, so it might be available to you now without paying for it?

In Photoshop we use the Spot healing brush to both remove blemishes, dust, and scratches, and to soften, not remove, wrinkles, so if you can use the brush at a lower opacity (say around 50%) it might also work for you on wrinkles. Good luck.
