How to perfectly crop my oval object

I have a image that i want to perfectly create an oval selection of just before the Tibetan Script language starts in the pink (getting rid of the background and keeping the circles), I tried using the magic wand but it doesn't get a perfect selection because the image is a little not clear and it comes out rocky.

I was wondering if there was a way to create a perfect oval selection, the way I currently use is that it is kind of random where it ends up (elliptical marquee tool), also it doesn't really fit my ovals shape.

Thank you very much!

Use the Elliptical Marquee tool. Then go to 'Select - Transform Selection'. That will add handles to your selection, so you can transform it in the same way you can transform a shape.
