I have a computer with a collection on lightroom classic synced with Lightroom Mobile. Now i want to migrate the catalog from this computer to another one, without losing the sync i've already made. Is it possible?

I did this yesterday. New SSD drive for my Macbook Pro. I installed Lightroom CC Classic and synced with Lightroom Mobile. I wanted a fresh install of Lightroom CC Classic, as a previous migrate had gone awry.

On the top right hand corner of the screen, click on your name. The dropdown menu offers Sync with Lightroom Mobile. Click that.

I had 8,568 photos in Mobile (approx 40GB). It took about 6 hours with my home wifi connection.

Make sure your computer settings are set so that it does not go to sleep during syncing.

Unless Adobe changed how and from what catalog you can use to sync up with LR Mobile (now LR CC ?Mobile?) which I have not tested you can only sync from one computer and only one catalog from LR Classic CC to LR Mobile.
Even if you move the catalog file that is synced to LR Mobile to another computer it gets a different unique ID on that other computer and will not properly sync with LR Mobile on your mobile devices or LR Web.

There is no such thing as "a computer", it's either a Mac or Windows, and not knowing, we can't help.

But, if it's a Mac, turn off syncing, then copy your ~/Pictures/(My)Lightroom Catalog folder to that same location on your new Mac, launch it by double-clicking on the actual Catalog, then turn syncing back on.

This will work -- that single catalog will continue to sync properly with LR Mobile. But you could observe extra syncing activity, because LR stores the synchronization database that's per computer, independent of the catalog folder. So when you open the catalog on a different computer, LR may start re-syncing to that computer's sync database.  The only impact on you is the extra network activity.
