You should use Illustratrator to do this. Illustrator will give you a small lightweight file that you can scale to any size you want and it will always look excellent. You can probably use the brush tool they have in there to create the T and then make an outline of it. But that is in illustrator. If you absolutely have to do this in Photoshop let me know. But it should really be done in illustrator.

In that case, start with opening that file in Photoshop. Select the Square Shape tool and make a square that is the same size as the one in your photo. On the settings palette for this tool, you can control the color of the fill and the color (and thickness) of the white stroke. Adjust them to your liking.
After you get the square done, turn off the layer it is on by clicking the eyeball that is next to that shape layer on the Layers palette.
Now select the Pen tool and trace the shape of the T. Make sure the Options for that tool are set to Shape. Trace the T. This will become a shape just like your square and will have similar settings to control on it's settings palette.
Done.
That is how I would do it. If you are a complete beginner, you will probably want to know how to work with shape layers. The manual is a great resource for that.
I can only tell you how to add the ingredients. I can't tell you to jump up and down shaking them together before adding them to the pot.
Hope that helps.
