Lightroom CC: How to get rid of the blue taskbar message that asks me to download the mobile app?

I'm talking about the blue taskbar/banner that takes up a lot of space and there isn't even a "close"-button (or maybe it's hidden on the right side of the screen where the white button is cut off).
Can someone please tell me how to turn it off? I even went so far as to download and install the app on my phone, but still the freaking banner persists.
Since I'm working on a Laptop, I'm in need of every milimeter I can get. Please, help!
*edit: I already tried Fullscreen mode and to increase the width of the Lightroom window without success.

Someone at Adobe seems to have done something:
The blue bar is now gone - together with ALL of my (previously cloud-saved) pictures and albums!
I will open another, new thread for this massive problem. For now, the blue "taskbar" issue is solved and nobody except Adobe will ever know how...

Can you please check if your Adobe Creative Cloud app is running? You may also try shutting down Lightroom CC, restart the Creative Cloud application and sign-in again.

Creative Cloud App is (and was at the time of my comment) running, I restarted my PC and signed into the CC app several times since the original post.
Another fact: my Adobe ID page doesn't show my paid subscription anymore.
My guess: someone reset my account to get rid of the blue taskbar, now my subscription is deleted.

Resetting your account wouldn't have cleared the message, slightlydrunk. The two items are unrelated to one another.

The most likely scenario is that you have more than one Adobe ID and the one you are using isn't provisioned for your account.  If you contact me via email with your full name, and the Adobe ID you are attempting to use, I will look into it.
