LIGHTROOM - How to get a refund?

I have bought an Lightroom 6 upgrade to Lightroom 4. It does not work. Consume all RAM on my machine (there is 6 GB) without obvious reasons, I have Windows 8.1 and Intel HD graphics (1,5 GB RAM). Hardware performance within requirements. I have tried to get support, but have received nothing but explanation that I have faulty hardware, old drivers, corrupted RAM and buggy operative system. I have a question; how do I get my money back?? There is absolutely nobody I can discuss with in Adobe organization. No way in for this kind of question.
