Photoshop: How do I create a transparent dartboard?

Hi there !!!
I have problems. I created artboard, but i dont know how to change property of it. I need to do it transparent. I know to create transparent artboard, i should choose necessary property when i create new canvas. But i need change property of created canvas(artboard).

Select all then delete.

Or make a new layer and delete the bottom white layer.

I remember another forum post about this... the answer was that artboards display their backgrounds as white no matter what, but unless you actually have a flattened background layer in there, they are really transparent. If you save your whole document as a .png, you'll see that the background is transparent.
It's a quirk I hope they decide to allow us to customize.

Guys.
Before writing comments and congestions, please see screenshot.
You see that all layers are switched off.
I know that it's transparent, but i need transparent  viewport.

I did see your screenshot and I did answer both your exact question and your implied question.

"artboards display their backgrounds as white no matter what"

Meaning that your viewport will never display a transparent background on any artboard.

To avoid confusion I added additional information, in case you thought that the exported artboard would also have a white background.
