How do I make a 3D from two pictures of an antelope, taken at different angles to the antelope? Can I do this with Photoshop 3D, apparently also called Photoshop CC? If so, how?

No, there is currently no way to create a 3D model from photos in Adobe's products.
And normally to create a 3D model, you need a lot more than 2 photos.

Chris, thank you very much for your reply. May I ask you, 1) which software would you recommend and 2) how many photos do you think I need?

All the software apps for making a 3D model from images have problems - so I can't really recommend any of them at this time. But search online and you'll find several (from tablet/phone apps to desktop software).
Most of them need a minimum of like 20 photos of a static subject from many angles (ie: above, below, as well as around).
