How to 'Copy Group' and 'Paste to Place' in new/another file in windows? Is there any option for that? Because right now we have to drag and drop group/layer and again we have to arrange/set the position of the newly added group in another file. There should be an option for that.

Thanks but 'Paste at Place' i mean to say, paste at the same X-Y position of the file, from which I have copied Layers/Group.

What isn't working for you? If you select the folder in the layers panel and hit ctrl/cmd-c to copy and then use edit/paste in place, that should do what you want...
