Lightroom Mobile: How remove sync'd photos in bulk?

At some point sync my photos from my phone was on and now I want remove just these photos.  Is there an easy way?  About a year ago when experimenting with Lightroom Mobile it grabbed all of my photos and synced them.  I use Lightroom and LR CC for art, astrophotography and landscape photos to keep them separate from our large family photo collection.  I have now have an extra 2000+ images from random dates and mobile cameras in my library and I don't want them there.  They belong somewhere else.  There seems to be no easy way to search for photos by type in LR CC (LR Classic is easy).   There are a lot of HEIC files so it should be easy to find them (lots of others are normal JPEG's from friends, so I am screwed there).

However, there is no way to find only images that were syncd from my iPhones photo library instead of taken in Lightroom Mobile or some other camera.

Lightroom is too clunky for my everyday use vs iPhotos which is shared with my family, so I keep them seperate.  It seems like a common problem from web searches.  Maybe Adobe should listen and make it easier to remove everything that came in through a sync and you want cleared out.  I am glad I didn't have more images.

Worst case, I will just reset the whole system and start from scratch with my LR Classic library which seems to work much more reliably.  The cloud is not the same as hard drives.
