What operating system are you using? Windows or Apple? This is an operator error problem but we can't help without more information. What version of Photoshop are you using?

"I have a webpage that is for all my photos" means what?  Do you have a photo gallery website you're trying to upload to, or download from?  And what are you expecting PSE to do for you regarding a website?

And what are you doing with a photo in Elements that you want to do with multiple photos?

Are you trying to sort through photos you have taken with  your camera to decide which ones to delete and keep, or what would you be doing to multiple photos, that wouldn't be one after another?  Usually each photo has customized adjustments you want to do.

Sorry, I meant my web page is for my photos, did not mean to put in 'all'. I take a Lot, go through and delete unwanted, the rest need editing. Makes for a better flow when the web page is visited. So I want to bring in an entire folder to edit and prep for web pages.

Trying to create an album with 20+ photos that require editing would be easier and more convenient if I could bring all the photos for an album in all at once. Unwanted are deleted before going in to a folder marked 'for editing'.

Dorothy,
Elements works with two distinct, but complementary modules:
- the editor, which lets you edit, change, enhance your photos,
- the organizer, which is exactly the tool you want to prepare, sort, cull, export your photos... It's a tool based on a catalog. Once you have indexed the photo files in the organizer (they call it 'import', but the photos are  not copied, just a link to their location) you can browse, sort, cull, tag, add captions, notes, group them by stacks or version sets, create albums (=playlists) .
As all powerful tools,  you have to get used to it:
- Use the menu 'Help' to get started
- download the pdf help file for more detailed help and offline search.

Ask in the user to user forum for more guidance:
