How does one complain? Purchased software now thinks it is trial software. No help from Adobe.

How does one complain?  I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 and have been using it but now, upon loading, it states it is trial software and asks for me to log in.  This is not trial software; I paid for it. Trying to log in does not work.  I have tried to get help from Adobe and followed various options but Adobe's website just states that I have no paid products (which is untrue). Other than this Forum all other routes are blocked.  I am very disappointed by Adobe and so it is time to complain.

I have the same question/problem. I'm not sure how to reach Adobe, and there's a problem in my paid software that it doesn't seem to think I have in the account, although I have a license and receipt.

Yes, I too have the receipt, discs etc.  Not sure how best to move forward with this. A complaint to the local trading standards office?  After all we have paid for something we are not getting.  Alternatives would be writing to one of the various consumer champions: the money section of the Sunday broadsheets for example.  You could also look at whether your insurance policy includes free legal cover.  None of these are likely to produce a quick result though.  Can anyone reading this help?
