Photoshop: How do you "bend" text with 3D?

Ive got this text on a 3D layer which Ive managed to extrude etc all great except I can't for the life of me figure how to "bend" it?

By that I mean on this front view, imagine an invisible 3D behind it and the text is sitting on it and the curve of the ring makes the B on the left and T on the right smaller whilst the middle of text is bigger if that makes sense?
This top down view might show it better, I want the text to bend to the yellow line guide....

I see the BEND bit in the properties are but that doesn't do what it suggests, that seems more like a lathe of the object...

So any ideas would be appreciated thanks....hope that all makes sense anyway.

Here is a quick overview on 3D text:

You can EDIT the 3D text in the Properties panel. It will open the Smart Object and you can edit the 2D text as your normally would. In this case you can experiment with a WARP and see if that gets you close to what you want.

Hope that helps!
