How do I transfer my preferences, brushes, actions, etc from Photoshop CC to Photoshop 2015 and sync this to the cloud?

I recently installed Photoshop 2015 and still have Photoshop CC installed.  How do I transfer all of my preferences from Photoshop CC to Photoshop 2015?  I want to transfer my brushes. actions, and preferences and sync all of this to the cloud.  It has been a while since I have done this.

When you install Photoshop CC 2015, you will be prompted to move your preferences and presets from previous versions.
Unfortunately we had to remove the cloud sync of preferences due to factors outside our team's control.

I was not prompted to do that now what do I do?  Can I use Photoshop cc instead of Photoshop 2015 for a while they are both installed on my computer?

You can, but you'll be missing out on all the new features, since CC is two full versions behind.
