Unfortunately, ADOBE has become the new XFINITY/COMCAST when it comes to customer service. I absolutely dread contacting customer service because I have found that there is not a great depth of knowledge available and/or a willingness to fix the problem. I have been an ADOBE customer since the days of PS2 and felt that the company worked well with its customers. It appears since the advent of the CREATIVE CLOUD, the wheels have come off the bus. Unfortunately, there is not a competitive playing field so it makes it difficult for the consumer.
