How do i save or export one artboard? I don't want to fill my folder with a png for every artboard I have. Is there a way to only export one of them?

Try targeting the artboard(s) you want to export. Use the Layers panel flyout menu to choose Export As. . .

Or target the artboard(s) you want to export and choose File> Export> Artboards to files.

Does that get you what you want?

Fastest way I know is to

rt-click (ctrl-click on mac) the artboard title in the Layers panel and find "Quick Export as PNG" in the context menu.

I think that's almost the same as Cristen Gillespie's first solution above...
