How do I Revert Back to Older Photoshop?

Hello, I am a Cloud subscriber.
How can I backwards-grade to the previous version of photoshop??? This latest update is really annoying. The interface is staining my eyes. Basic shortcut keying that I've done for years works only sometimes.
I can't use the Time Machine option because mine isn't working right now.
So is there a way to re-install version 14 or 15.0.1 ??

You can always install a prior version from the CC app: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html#Installpreviousversionsofapps

Many things are configurable. Matt was asking about the New Document interface. You can switch back to the legacy interface by going to Preferences > General... and checking Use Legacy New Document Interface.

Perfect.  That's much better.

I'm forever wanting new documents from what's in the clipboard, and because the new dialog is so slow in comparison it just kills my workflow.  If there was a keyboard shortcut to create a new doc from the clipboard then I could keep the dialog as it was, then just use the shortcut.
