What box?
How are you viewing/using the image?
Is the image transparent?

when i try to use the above image on my website, it shows up with black lines (a box around it) and i want it just a floating heart, no white box, no black lined box.. does that make sense?

Not without a screenshot to show us what you are talking about.

Does the image have transparency in Photoshop?
What file format are you saving it in?
What web browser are you using?
