It would help if you told us why you are unable to install the software.
And did you also reinstall Windows 7 Service Pack 1?

I cannot install the software because I cannot locate the source from which it came.
I have entered my ID user and password into the Photoshop site to no avail.
Should I have this info on a disk/memory stick?
I seem to remember I bought this online.
I reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

If you don't have the DVD, then download the installers from Adobe's website.
Your serial number would be in the product package, or on Adobe's website if you registered the software or purchased it as a download.
