PHOTOSHOP - How do I get rid of these colored boxes on my image display? (video driver)

I am very sorry if there is another post explaining how to fix this issue, but as you hopefully can see on the man's right hand, there is a patch of Light blue lines. Similar to my drawing above, I would get patches of lined, colored boxes, which to can be erased, but is usually directly on top of all of my progress. It is quite annoying to deal with, and any suggestions as to how to fix this problem will appreciated.

Which application are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version are you using?

Do the colored areas change as you zoom in and out of the image?

I am using Photoshop CC 2014 release, using the cintiq companion 2 which has windows 10.

The colored areas can actually appear when I zoom in and interfere with my progress. You can also see that some of my lines are discolored, which it frequently does. Hopefully this is enough information for you to be able to help me

OK, so that's a video card driver bug. Update your video card driver bug from the GPU maker's website. (not Microsoft or a system builder)
