Photoshop: Ability to configure the content/configures the Home Screen (e.g. hide "Welcome to Photoshop" and just show recents)

I recently reset my settings file, and the home page now has a big area at the top with a 'tour' and a 'what's new' section. The unblurred section in the screenshot below. How do I get rid of it?

To be clear, I want the home screen, with thumbnails of my most recent documents. I just don't want the distracting welcome section at the top.

I'm using 20.0.4

Thanks

The right-most bit (what's new) just went away by itself, with the tour section taking up the whole width now. I figure it's probably about 24 hours since I reset the settings file.

So I'm guessing (hoping) that this welcome screen is configured to remove itself piece by piece after a set period. Which would explain why I didn't have it before yesterday, yet can't remember ever disabling it myself.

Is that how it works?

Hehe, this is the exact comment I was trying to prevent when I wrote:

Currently it's not possible but I sent a note to the team that does the Home Screen content for consideration.
