Using Photoshop Elements - How do I add a signature? I know you can add text to any photo but is there a way to save the logo/signature to easily be applied to all of my photos? Can you choose a standard location like bottom left corner and a size and be able to move it and re size if needed? Thanks

Hi there Savannah,

That's a graphic to add to your picture.  Open a new image of any size for your signature, then make sure its background is "transparent" which will show a checker-pattern indicating it is a transparent background.  When you type a signature in a script font it will be with a transparent background.  Being that it will have a transparent background, the photo will show through and maintain your signature.  You can move your signature around on the photo with the move tool, AND you can size the signature on the photo as well.  Then, when you have it where you want, select the Layer Tab, and select flatten image and both layers will collapse becoming one, with photo and signature together.  IF you choose your own signature, you will need to write it with a mouse on a transparent background, OR use a script font on the transparent background.  IF you have a real signature in a file, it will have a white background (such as the paper you wrote it on) and the white background cannot become transparent.  So you cannot place a signature with a white background over a photo for the photo to show through it.   Most of us do this all the time.   Glad to help.
