Elements: How can I simply ask a question to the company - whats wrong with a contact us ?

All that does is refer me to another pile ofselfhelpoptions - unless I go to payment ` WHata surprise! - i can suddenly through to someone! Disgraceful !! - no help!

Are you saying I was no help or didn't answer you questions promptly? Were able to download your older version of Elements with my help?

If you need help with something, this and the two forums that Jeff mentioned are where you can get help.  You can find other options here, from our main page at Adobe.com: http://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html?promoid=2FDNCMSS&mv=other  But, honestly, the best place for product questions is here, since members of the various product teams check these forums.

Hey Simon,

Frustrating?  Yep!  But frankly, the online forums get more answers and faster.  The phone numbers are sales who can answer questions about the product, licensing, and purchasing. Technical questions are answered here.   Jeffrey and David are good with Adobe products.  
I'm good with Adobe and Windows platforms.  You have the best in this one site. Lucky you!

glad to read that you are good with Adobe & Windows platform. windows 10 always tells me the organizer is not responding & shuts down the program.  very frustrating.  wish you could just set my windows & PSE 15 to work together,, PS. i do not have problems with the editor it works great with windows. is there any way we can just download the editor without loading the organizer. I've had the same problem with PSE 10, 12, 13, 14 & 15 organizers.  Is there anyway you can help me with that problem. bet there are a lot of people with the same problem.

No, but you don't have to use the organizer; many people use other ways to organize.

I can't believe it was the same problem. Yes, some people have problems with starting the organizer, but there can be many reasons depending on the OS version, the Organizer version and its sofware environment.

Let's start with:
"windows 10 always tells me the organizer is not responding & shuts down the program"
Can you describe in more details (screenshots, messages ?) what is happening when you start the organizer?
Many people find the organizer is not responsive, look at the task manager and see the message that  the organizer does not respond. They are not patient and close the process themselves; that's different from Windows 10 closing the application.

Possible reasons among many others:
- problem with opening the catalog. Try opening with a new catalog by starting the organizer after keeping the shift key pressed
- very slow organizer: do you use face recognition and other background tasks
- conflicting other software (Lavasoft for instance)
- etc.
