How can I remove this text and replace with new text?

Hi, I want to remove this text in the banner and replace with new text with the same flow, how can I do this?

Assuming you own the rights to that graphic, you could use the healing brush over each letter. To bend the type to the shape of the banner you could use type on a path: Photoshop Quicktip: Use Text with Paths! -HD- - YouTube

Howdy Jarl,

Jeff's solution works and he's right to have you make sure that you have right to the graphic.

Assuming you do, another quick solution could be to create a rectangular selection about the same size as the central red part, fill it with a red gradient with bright "sheens" where this one has, then using the warp tool to reposition your new "ribbon" over the old one, thus covering the words.  Now, you have a "blank ribbon" on which to add your own text.  Use type on a path to add your own text, warping the path so it matches the angles you have.
