If i use this script, it shows me an array w/ all the adobe apps installed, but it doesn't show the creative cloud app.
BridgeTalk.getTargets()

I only want to get the last version of it and send the result to a log file on my network.
I use this to get the app version:
BridgeTalk.getSpecifier('photoshop')  << photoshop example

I have a team of users and I want to know each CC version they are using, even on foreign company delegations on our intranet/network.

Can it be retrieved any other way?

If you are using Windows systems, I would look into ways of retrieving registry entries from the remote machines.
Example of c# http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1566547/how-to-read-remote-registry-keys
