Photoshop: How can I generate a stereographic OFF CENTER view into a sphere?

Hi! Does anyone know, how to generate a stereographic OFF CENTER view into a sphere?

sorry but i don't understand.
you have to do a shot or you have to do a graphic....if you have to do a graphic i think you have to first done a shot into a sphere with a camera in order to comprehend the light...then you can create your sketch in photoshop.

Sorry for being not precise enough... I am projecting a photo inside a sphere. Basically a 3D panorama. On which I want to look NOT from the middle, but from a "tilted" off center view point.
